From Bonhams:
A large-scale instructional model of a Chevrolet car, by Hohm models, Germany, of mainly metal construction, Chevrolet 6-cylinder vehicle with articulated functioning controls, lights, gears (3-speed and reverse) cut-away to reveal workings, suspension and brakes, with cut-away engine block to reveal workings of pistons, valves, and spark plugs, mounted on a control-panel base, length of model 100cm.Being a sucker for functional models, salesman samples and cutaways, I am completely smitten with the Hohm models destined for mechanical and driving schools. Sure, the Revell Visible V-8 model kits offer much of the educational benefit, but the inferior consumer grade construction does not encourage serious investigation (or play.)
