Being neither qualified nor particularly interested in bestowing honorifics like art (vs. craft) or literature (vs. prose), I was stunned when I read Dutch's entry on Sweet Juniper and reached for the literature tag. Sometimes, something is so good, I suppose it is natural to want to affix a blue ribbon.
Just read it. It is that good. Immaculately written, aware without narcissism and sentimental while not being cloyingly so. I hope Dutch and Wood buy the house as I would like to read the book that would come from that experience.
