Magno Wood Radio Ingenously Addresses Pesky Antenna Issue

As a kid, I would attentively listen to the Top 40 Countdown and offer my play-by-play analysis as to whether Rod Stewart deserved to remain in the number one spot with "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?"

Now, I try to freeze time. Accomplishing roughly the same effect, I listen to the non-profit classical station and Dodger's games exclusively. I realize that classical as background music is something of sacrilegious cliché, but I don't care.

Of course, one of the best things about radio is the price. The waves are just out there floating in space for anybody with a shred of ambition to capture. As dedicated radio owners know, external antenna selection to catch these free waves is a constant aesthetic challenge.

A simple wooden ring to hang on a back of a bureau or the end of a curtain rod. Basic and elegant.
