Rio Theater in Monte Rio, California is basically an Art Deco-inspired concrete and neon facade grafted onto the end of a prefab
Quonset hut. It looks both permanent and temporary; futuristic and nostalgic, all at the same time. And best of all... it's still a functioning cinema.
