San Bernardino Sambo's
With colors to compliment eggs over easy, fruit jelly, and pancakes with melting "Tiger Butter", the famous Sambo's Restaurants were as cheery as fresh-squeezed orange juice.
Photographer Tim Putz documented over a hundred Sambo's interiors nationwide in the late 1960s, and offers color prints for purchase from his site. Though gone now, these inviting visuals still make my tummy growl.
